Timeline:

May 5th - Event (City decides that they have to take care of Victor and Laughland and that the Tower needs to be built. Belah kills Murendel (Hollow Death) and is put on the cross to kill the unwanted child within her. Oz betrays the city and escapes to Laughland after Gemini accuses him of heinous crimes. Chelsea disappears at some point (and it is later learned that somebody Hollow Deathed her). Rain still pouring.

May 9th - Cael is revealed to be resurrected to seven Fallen. Cael immediately goes to David that night and deals with him. Every Fallen feels something 'wrong' within the True Voice. Anybody sensing Sufferance's Church feels the scaring in the Symphony to return to 'life' so to speak. The area is 'active' again.

May 10th - Those involved in the Avatar cut scene are free to reveal anything that they wish. If nobody speaks specifically to your character, please presume that at the very least in passing somebody has mentioned something about Cael being alive and something big is happening.
